About Us

Who we are, why STRIVE 360 exists, how we work, and the people we serve.

Who We Are

Creating Meaningful Opportunities Since 2008

STRIVE 360 Incorporated is an IRS-recognized nonprofit organization founded in 2008 to create meaningful opportunities for young people and underserved communities.

Our work began with direct youth development, academic enrichment, STEM exposure, career readiness, leadership development, and entrepreneurship. As the needs of the communities we serve have grown, so has our mission.

Today, STRIVE 360 supports the full network surrounding community success: young people, parents, caregivers, educators, school staff, workers, entrepreneurs, homeowners, property owners, and individuals navigating difficult institutional systems.

How We Work

STRIVE 360 operates as a connector, educator, advocate, convener, and community-resource partner.
